Who we are

eruach-qr.com is run by Or, Eruach QR, Eilat: digital guest guides for vacation apartments. Guests scan a QR code in the apartment and open that apartment’s guide. This page covers the home page, the guest guides and the information pages. Contact details are at the bottom.

The guide’s content

• Each guide’s content (Wi‑Fi, times, parking, house rules, tips) is provided by the apartment’s host and updated at their request.
• If something is inaccurate or has changed, please contact your host, or us, and we’ll pass it on.
• Every guide is written in Hebrew. An AI tool translates it into the other languages. If a translation is unclear, check the Hebrew or ask your host.
• Recommendations are only recommendations. Walking and driving times on the map are estimates.
• Safety rules in the guide, for example for a pool or the safe room, are reminders. They don’t replace supervision and judgment.
• In an emergency, call: police 100, ambulance (MDA) 101, fire 102.

Outside services

• Navigation, phone, WhatsApp and review links open other companies’ services (Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp), subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy: guests

• We don’t collect personal information about you. No sign-up, no forms that send anything to us, no cookies, no tracking, advertising or analytics tools. The guides and the home page load nothing from other sites, not even fonts.
• Your phone keeps only four things, and only on your phone: the language you chose; what you ticked on the check-out list, so it isn’t lost if the page reloads (cleared by itself after three days); that the intro already played in this tab, so it doesn’t replay when you come back to it; and a copy of the guide, so it opens without internet (refreshed each time you open it online, and removed the first time you open it after the guide is taken down). None of it is ever sent anywhere.
• What you type in the guide’s request box, or send your host on WhatsApp or by phone, goes directly to them, not through us.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, it receives technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the site. Its servers are also outside Israel.
• Each guide has its own address and is not listed in search engines.
• Our working page with the supplier is locked with a code and not open to the public. It is the only page that sets a cookie, one, to remember the sign-in.

Privacy: apartment owners who work with us

• What we keep: name, phone, apartments, payments and receipts. And what the guide needs: network name and password, times, house rules, how to get in, the apartment’s location pin and a photo.
• Why: to build the guide, keep it up to date and issue receipts. Nothing else.
• There is no legal duty to give us these details. But without them, we can’t build the apartment’s guide.
• Where it’s kept: on our computer, with a backup on a USB drive. The guide’s content is also kept in a private code repository on GitHub, which publishes it to the site on Cloudflare.
• Who else gets part of it:
  • OpenStreetMap’s map servers: only the location point, with no name or details, to find the nearest grocery, pharmacy and stop.
  • An AI tool that helps us work: it writes and translates the guide and helps keep our records.
  • The supplier who makes the picture: the QR file, the model and an order number. No names.
  • Our accountant: the receipts.
• The Wi‑Fi password is in the guide, because that’s what the guide is for. Anyone who has the link can see it. That’s why guides aren’t in search engines and we never publish the link. A separate guest network is a good idea.
• Key-safe codes are never stored.
• How long: as long as the service is active. When it ends, the guide goes offline. Receipts and bookkeeping records are kept as long as the law requires.
• Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, except receipts the law requires us to keep. Write or call, and we’ll get back to you within 3 business days.

The site’s design and code belong to Eruach QR. Each apartment’s content and photos belong to its host.
