Accessibility statement

We want every guest to get the information about their stay easily, including guests with disabilities. This statement covers eruach-qr.com: the home page, the guest guides and the information pages.

Conformance

The site was adapted under Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA. We also check it against the newer WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, level AA.

What we did

• Works on every screen size, on phones and computers, in common browsers. Text can be enlarged 200% without losing content.
• Light or dark, following your device setting. Text contrast is at least 4.5:1 in both.
• Fully usable with a keyboard, with a clear focus indicator. The neighborhood map has a “Skip the map” link.
• Every button and map point is at least 24 pixels, and none covers another.
• Page language and direction are set for every guide language: Hebrew, English, Russian, French and Arabic.
• Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers. Icon-only buttons have names. Every map point is a button with the place’s name and type.
• On phones, a short intro of about a second and a half plays when you scan the code. A tap, a key or the “Skip” button ends it. If your device is set to reduce motion, you won’t see it, or any other motion on the site.
• No windows that pop up by themselves, no autoplaying video or sound, and nothing that flashes.

How we checked

Last checked on November 3, 2026, after the guide’s redesign. Every page was tested with an automated tool (axe-core) against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, levels A and AA: on phone and desktop, in light and dark, and the guide in all 5 languages. We also checked keyboard navigation, a 320‑pixel‑wide screen and 200% zoom. Earlier checks: October 5 and 18, 2026.

Known limitations

• Links to outside services (Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp, review sites) are not under our control.
• The content of each guide is provided by the apartment’s host. If anything is unclear, we’re happy to help.
• The photo at the top of a guide has no text description. Everything important about the apartment is also written as text.
• If scanning the QR code in the apartment is difficult, ask your host for the guide link and open it directly.

Service outside the site

We have no office open to the public. We serve apartment owners by phone, on WhatsApp and in person, wherever suits them.
